Cos D1 V2 / Denafrips Terminator DAC

I was wondering wether any of you had a direct experience with both DACs and which one was your favorite.

I have a chance to get a Cos D1 v2 secondhand for the same cost of a new Denafrips terminator, and I am currently putting it under consideration.

Mike Powell had both to compare. He is OCD hi-fi guy on You Tube. 
Shoot him an email. He should give you some answers.

He also makes Verrastar ribbon cables.
