Well, after E-Mails being ignored from Srereophile’s Editor and seeing AGAIN in the recommended products, that Lounge Audio is Remaining as a Class B STRONG recommendation, I’ll just keep it short.

Robert Moran of lounge Audio is a one man operation, and, after payment, will only put you in front of Previous Customers with Issues, after those issues have ALL been resolved.

I’ve had 20+ hours of phone Conversations.

I have Pay pal dispute screen shots to verify what I’m saying.

Bottom line here is , (as I tried telling Stereophile for over a year), you cannot be a Class B if you receive nothing, or years go by without an Issue being resolved.

At this point now, 20 months in, he has my Copla silver (nearly $600.00), had promised a refund with his restocking fee credit, and simply has ghosted me.

I have no leverage, no Unit, and No Refund.

I can now safely call him a thief, and back it up with pictures of the PayPal assurances!

DO NOT SEND MONEY TO THIS MAN, UNLESS YOU ALSO THINK A PRINCESS BEING HELD PRISONER IN A MIDDLE EAST COUNTRY NEEDS A WESTERN UNION CHECK, BUT YOU’LL GET 1 MILLION DOLLARS BACK IF YOU’LL HELP!

If you know that reference, you’ll understand the level of Fraud were discussing.

I wish I hadn’t had to write this, but if you search Lounge Audio on this Forum, you’ll see I’m one of dozens!

Unfortunately Contact with the magazine complicit in his thievery, Stereophile, will not EVEN respond to it’s Subscribers (me) to hear the issues they have endorsed now for multiple years!
