Connecting up a phono pre-amp

My first time. Does the ICs from the TT go into the inputs or the outputs on the phono pre-amp? Also, when I connect up to my integrated amp to the phono pre-amp do I plug the ICc from the phono-preamp into the Pre-out jacks on the integrated amp?
