Concertone reel to reel belt replacement

I have recently come across an old Concertone 505 tube reel to reel player. Both belts are stretched out but not broken. Does anyone know where I could get a replacement or how I would go about matching a belt to the existing ones. Any way to rejuvenate a rubber belt?
