clean and warm sound

I'm new in Audiogon ,I'm looking for some recommendations on my system.
Before i listens rock, but know i love jazz more.

Adcom 555MK 2
parasound Halo C2
DVD Oppo 93
Tara labs speaker cable Bi-wire
Tara labs interconnect cable

If you think tube preamplifier can make the sound warm and clean in my system ?Please feel free to specify which models.( under $1000 )
