Classical Mono Records

I have approximately 30+ classical mono records that I would like to give to a person who would appreciate them. The records date to 1950 and 1960.  The records have not been played in many years.  My only requirement is that you enjoy the records and not try to sell them.

I am located in the NYC area, and if you are interested, you will have to meet me to pick them up.

Please personal message me if interested.

@mental ,

Welcome to the forum. I think I recognize you? Did you come over from the carver site?

@slaw @folkfreak   Thank you for the information.

I may spend a little time tomorrow checking out the value of a few records. But my inclination is to give them away to a music lover who would appreciate them.

In the same vein as @folkfreak , you could consign those records to a reputable dealer. Here's one I'd recommend...www.carolinasoul.com
@lloydk it behooves you to spend a few minutes on Discogs to check you’re not holding something valuable, as some mono LPs of this period will fetch hundreds or thousands of dollars, which could always go to a charity of your choosing

for example

like @slaw I’d love to take them off your hands, but I’m on the West Coast 🤔
