Clarinet amp?

Greetings,
I saw this amp on another site and all I could tell from the pics are the name,model#(NP-40A)and the words Class A. The only other Clarinet logo I could find comes in the form of a tubed linestage from Hagerman tech. A well built amp that looks similar to older Threshold units. Any help would be appreciated.
