Cieling speakers right choice with my setup

Adding 6 vintage pcm icr-260 cieling speakers to my home surround sound mix along with 2 pioneer 12 in CS 85000 subs and polk audio backs center and surround, powered by Harmon/kardon av 140 reciever. It's all older equipment but my question is will the cieling speakers make already a rockin system better or should I focus my attention in a different direction

If you’re set on ceiling speakers you HAVE to put angled tweets if you desire any meaningful surround experience.
