Chord Qutest

I am about to settle on a Chord Qutest based on the reviews but I have not seen any review on its RELIABILITY.

A few buyers have complained that after a few months, it has stopped working for them.

Has anyone had such an experience and/or has anyone had one for longer than about 3-4 years who can vouch for its reliability ?

At least in my system, Mojo was a bit warmer but the Qutest was more resolving with a bigger soundstage. When I tried the Mojo with my bookshelf speakers I liked the sound but wish it could provide more detail.
