Chord DAC 64

According to the Hi-fi Choice review, there was a lot of
powersupply induced jitter from the Chord DAC 64.
The RAM buffer wasn´t used during this measurment, I think.
Chord has changed the powersupply of the DAC, to a switch-
mode one, if I remember right!
