CD players, 5-6K

Any thoughts on cdp within this price range? Names like BAT, Audio Aero, and Audio Mecca keep coming up, along with Cary, 303 and 306. Feedback would be helpful, Thanks,LR

Is it worth the price and why? I have 6,000 cds and around 750 SACDs. I’m currently using an Oppo 105 as my player. For $6K, I want to be amazed. What say ye? Thanks!
