OPPO in the 83 SE were fond of Acron lytics, not good. I bought one new and had to replace the caps near the L&R outs to get rid of a noise that we heard. Blu ray players are getting very cheap, keep your eyes & ears open for what might be promising. Best; Robert
Cary cd308 vs Oppo BDP 83SE
I now have a Cary CD308 cd player and I would like to know if anyone has heard this player along with the OPPO BDP 83SE player,I really like the sound of the Cary especially the bass response,looking for a blueray dvd player to replace the Cary and my non blueray player with one unit.
