Cary CAD 100 in triode mode

Hi folks. How good Cary CAD 100 in triode mode? What is their worth? It looks like they retailed for 22K/pair when new? I’m considering using them as tweeter/midrange amp. Currently I’m using VTL100 compact monos in triode mode. Does it make sense to upgrade?
