I have Unidisk SC. The sound is very open and lively, just as you described. If you like open and airy sound Unidisk is for you.
Cary 303/300 vs Linn unidisc
I am down to those two I did try both and to my untrained ears the Linn won hands down, open stage + separation. Just like a live preformance.
