Carver Amazing speakers, are ribbons available?

I also have a pair, (Originals) they are....well Amazing! I know a fellow that repairs them and does mods to them.
Play with the placement a lot, every tiny movement makes a huge difference but once you find that spot it's BAM!
Where did they go? Very dynamic even at low volume.
