cartridge/tonearm compatibility

I am the proud owner of a beautifully restored Thorens TD 125II with SME series II tonearm [detachable headshell], wt. with original SME headshell listed at at 12.5 grams. I have the following essentially unused cartridges, mostly high compliance, and wonder which would give the optimal performance: Shure V15IIIMR and DU, Goldring 1042, Ortofon OM 30, Denon301II, and Audio Technica 12SA and 440MLa?
