Cartridge Recommendation for Grado Lab Series Wooden Tonearm

I have a TD124 with the Grado Lab Series wooden tonearm. I use a Nakamichi Ca-5 preamp which can accommodate MC and MM cartridges.  I can't get specific information on the mass of the tonearm, but understand that it is low mass.  Am looking at Nagaoka MP150/200 MM and Denon 301MK2 MC.  I listen to all types of music.  Any recommendations in the $300-$500 zone?  What do you think about MM at this price point versus MC?  The rest of my system is B&K AVR505.2 and Sonus Faber Domus Grand Piano speakers.

Actually I mixed up your Grado Wooden tonearm with later Grado Signature tonearm.

The wooden might be too heavy for high compliance cartridge, you have to check effective mass of that tonearm. Wooden tonearm was designed in 1964, you can find in Grado timeline.
I love Joe Grado Signature XTZ (that was the best stylus), but cheaper 8MZ should be fine too.
Any one in particular?  I have an old ZF1 cart; i have heard this would pair well with the Gold or 8MZ stylus.
