Cartridge recommendation for Denon DP30L ii

I am looking to get a new cart for my Denon DP30L II turntable,it has a straight tone arm,it came with a Signet TK5ea cart that went bad,I have a Nad PP-3i preamp,I generally listen to Rock and Jazz,looking at Shure M97xe or M92E,AT 120E or 95E,Denon DL-110,Ortophon 2M red.I don't want to spend much over $100.00 if possible. Will I see much difference in sound between the cheaper Shure and AT cart's with the TT and preamp setup I use?
