Cartridge mounting

A local dealer has mounted a Grado Red cartridge on my Thorens table with Rega RB303 tonearm but mounted it with the screws upside down.  I assume it's much easier to do it this way, but aesthetically I don't like the way it looks.  Is it unreasonable to expect with a Rega tonearm that the screws go the other way around?  Thanks for your comments.

Dear @lou_setriodes

Your bad experiences with him aside (sorry about that), he may actually have experienced a setup he prefers by orienting the screw head on the underside of the cartridge.

It may well be for example that in doing so, he torques the screws differently than when mounting the screws right-side up.  Small differences matter, and this is but one reason for him truly preferring mounting this way.

Cheers,
