Cartridge for Garrard 401/SME3012?

I'm going to be buying a cartridge for my new-to-me Garrard 401/SME 3012 TT on a heavy plinth. I'm running it with an MX-110, pair of MC-240s into Klipsch Cornwalls with upgraded XOs. I like classic rock, jazz, blues and some classical. I like musical with solid bass and don't like harsh highs. In the future, I will probably be upgrading to a separate tube phono amp. If the best cartridge is a LOMC then I'll probably do something like a K&K transformer kit (although I'll definitely take a look at other recommendations). What cartridges should I be looking at?
