can sacd or dvda be transfered to i tunes?

The hi-rez digital audio cannot be transferred. The album itself can be though in one of two ways
1. ripping the CD layer, provided it is a dual format disc (some SACD's have solely the SACD layer)
2. playing the SACD in real-time with analog input into an ADC....I suspect much degradation in the quality though.

Not the DSD layer of SACD. The digital interface is protected - there are proprietary solutions. The data is protected through Pit Signal Processing.
