Can I use both sets of analog outs on my CD player

I have a Arcam Cd-82 with 2 sets of analog outs. I am wondering if I could connect the 2 sets of outputs to 2 different inputs on my Musical Fidelity A308 Integrated Amp and compare different innerconnects. IE Kimber Kables on the CD input and Audioquests on the Aux1 input, or possibly a Musical Fidelity Tubed Output Buffer in one circut and straight cables in the other? I don't know enough about electronics to understand how the outputs would be connected in the CD player and if this would be a wise way to evaluate cables or the tubed buffer. Any thoughts or input will be greatly appricated!

My only $.02 is to ask the higher minds here how the interconnects may impact each other.

IF the RCA jacks were wired in parallel wouldn't the capacitance of the cables be summed?... ARE the RCA outputs wired in parallel?... isn't capacitance -one of- or perhaps -the- biggest driving factor in interconnect design? What other reactive factors must be considered if these cables are effectively coupled electrically in some way?

When taking into consideration other factors that are cited on Agon as being detremental to sound, it seems like the effect of running these cables concurrently could have a large impact *relative* to some other seemingly minor tweaks.
