They finally shipped my order from China. They ignored my email and sent me the stock email. I'm glad for that but makes me wonder if they would ever respond if there was a problem w/ their equipment.
Can get no response from Burson concerning my purchase
On Oct. 4th I ordered some op amps from Burson, got confirmation on my payment going thru but have received no further info from them. I’ve emailed them 3 times and messaged them once just asking for a time frame as to when they will ship my order and they have ignored me. Is this normal for them? Anyone else experiences this?
