Is it ok to connect an amplier straight to the wall? I thought it sound better without the monster HTS 2000 power conditioner, I just dont know if it is wise to do this. Any feedback or recommendation would be appreciated.
I too agree with Brulee and Drr-- plug it directly into the wall. Steve McCormack specifically recommended that I plug my DNA2 Rev. A directly into the wall. If you want to spend money on improving/cleaning up your electrical supply quite a bit, consider a dedicated AC system complete with good outlets and good power cords as needed/wanted. Good Luck. I am also a member of the wall pluggers club of America, if it spikes its insured, other wise it is one less thing in the way of my over priced outlets ;) Tim
i've tried and tried to plug my amp directly into the wall but, so far, i get a "power on" indication only when i find, by trial and error, an outlet box. -cfb
