cable choices, bluetooth, preamp.

I just bought Revel F228be and krell 175XD. I am looking for  Xlr connectors from pre to amp.  Can anyone recommend a length and the brand name of the cable that is compatible to what I have? I am looking to spend around 1k. Also, looking for a cheap Bluetooth box to connect to the preamp. Finally, I am looking for a matching preamp. Any recommendation will help. Thank you.

The Golden Reference is a Cardas Legacy cable that is very high quality but pricey. Only buy the length you need. Parts Connexion has the cable at 60% off MSRP. Be aware that Parts Connexion does NOT accept returns unless the cable is defective.
