Arnie Nudell used an ARC tube amp to voice his IRS and Genesis speakers but I can't remember which model. I'm pretty sure it was quite a bit bigger than 60 watts.
In my experience with the 350's, matching with the bass amp requires something with strong bass. Also, while the ribbons are a fairly easy, purely resistive, 4 ohm load, they do like power.
