Bryston Van Damme Tour GradeClassic XLR Cable

I'm running A Wadia S7i cdp direct into Bryston 7BST mono blocs via XLO sig3 XLR's. Thinking of adding a preamp (Bryston BP-26 for the "Bryston Synergy")Thinking of going with the Bryston XLR cable (less $$$ than another XLO sig 3)and was wondering if anyone can comment on their cable. Also opinions on whether or not the BP-26 pre-amp may/or may not be an improvement over the Wadia built in volume control? I'm hoping the "Bryston Synergy" would trump a different but more expensive pre-amp ....my budget is running low :(
