Brand new desk and PC with atrocious cable mess with an utter lack of cable competence

Greetings cable 

I need some help cleaning this up. I've tried simply tying the cables together at the bottom but the cat chews up the velcro straps. I'm not opposed to a cable management tray but I would prefer to avoid drilling/screwing anything into this desk. I have a few issues with some cables, far left monitor cables barely reach the PC while the far right on has an excess making it awkward, I'm fed up and need ideas.

Any ideas how to tame this beast?
