Boston Acoustics PV-1000 won't power on

I was hoping someone might be able to help me with this issue. Awhile back, my Boston Acoustics PV-1000 subwoofer stopped turning on. I checked the fuse on the back of it with a multimeter, and it seems to be fine.

Is this a common issue, and if so, is it something that can be fixed easily?
