I like both of these brands and have a somewhat related question. What center channel would you use with the Raidho X series or Borresen X series? Unfortunately, I don’t have the space to have a second set of speakers for surround sound.

@gonnapena For a center, perhaps look at the Scansonic MB Center channel. It is made by the same parent company as Raidho and sounds great for what a center is intended to do. In full transparency, I am an authorized Scansonic dealer. |
@deep_333 , I have limited experience with Raidho and Borresen. I’ve just had one of each, but you are right. The Raidho X1T are more relaxed than the Borresen X2. The Borresen is more in your face. Both have a lot of detail but the Borresen presence region (vocals and highs) is more tipped up. I thought guitar strings and overall tonality was better with the Raidho. The Borresen didn’t sound as smooth across the frequency spectrum. The X1T is much smaller though and lacked bass output. X2 had strong, punch bass. X2 is like sitting in the front part of the theater and Raidho is like sitting a few rows behind that. I preferred the Raidho sound signature as I prefer a warmer than neutral sound. |
