Bias adjustments Audio Research D-115 mk2

Hello all.
thank you all for great wealth of info on this site. I’m new to forum but have been reading here and there on forum for quite some times. Now it’s time for my questions.  Any help is appreciated. 
 

I recently acquired this amp. Enjoying the sound and quirkiness of the amp. 
 

My question is, in the manual, There are 2 Test Points (TP) for each Adjustment RV for each tube.  Ex. Tube V8 with TP8, TP5 and RV8.  
 

I measured TP8 and adjusted the RV8 to .065V but where or how to adjust TP5?

any help is appreciated.
