Best source for and kilo-ohm value to use to replace 2 turntable speed control pots?

I was wondering if someone could recommend a good source, manufacturer name & best value to use to replace the 2 speed control pots on my turntable. It’s an AC motor if that makes any difference. The original ones have a very thin cheap plastic shaft that was sheared off of one of them when it was bumped while moving the turntable.

If you know of a make/model that tends to be superior for the job please let me know.

Here’s a link to a pic of the identical table and where they’re mounted on the table.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Just last week I ran into the same problem with volume pot for Philips, bought substitute from DigiKey. You must know max resistance for the pots and choose the ones which have appropriate dimensions. They wont look exactly the same, but with some luck you find something which can be fitted without too much drilling
