Best products and process to polish piano black KEF speakers

Hello,

 

seeking advice on best products and process to restore light scratches on my R3 speakers after being repaired for corner damage.

While the company did a decent job a repairing damage to the speaker, they somehow managed to create another problem by scratching to top and sides of the speaker.

when I compare it to the good speaker it is a night and day difference. Are there good products to bring back the luster and correct the scratches?

I would appreciate any help with this issue.

@vitussl101 If you look at the finish for KEF speakers they are high gloss hard finish similar to a so called Steinway piano in black.

however, they are showing light scratches and no microfiber cloth with water will polish that away. I’m not saying they are deep scratches, rather we commonly refer to as swirls on car paint surface. I went through today and was able to reduce some of the scratches using suggestions, not car polish! I will see if I can post the before and after once I am satisfied with the results.

I ended up trying 

Use Musicnomad Equipment Care, The Piano One with Microfiber Dusting & Polishing Colth.  For Pianos & Keyboards.

@rayray57 Please let us know how it all works. It rubs me when people work on your stuff and are oblivious to how much details matter. 
 
and:

Renaissance Micro-Crystalline Wax Polish. This is pretty good but requires a really good wipe down after and takes a couple coats/applications.

@rayray57 I just looked at the photo of your KEF speaker, and the finish looks like it has some indentations in the finish besides the scratches.  Did you ever reach out to KEF about suggestions on how to approach improving its appearance?   Typically, piano finishes are quite hard and don't mar that way.  If you're going to experiment, maybe do it on the bottom of the speaker.  Good luck.

   On another note,  I see that you use custom-made DigitalDeckCovers.  I have had many made for my equipment in different colors, materials, and liners.
