Best Pre amp for Threshold SA/1

Hi Guys.
My reference setup is almost complete and I'd like to upgrade the pre-amp from the existing one.
Budget is around $5K
Considering, but not limited to, the following :
Cary 05
Pass Labs X02 ( used available within the budget)
Cary SLP98


Speakers : Gallo 5LS (bi-amped)
Source : Esoteric K01
Amps : Threshold SA/1 monoblocks (highs & mids)
Sub Amp : Gallo Ref SA (lows)
Pre amp : Densen B200

Any suggestions are welcome, especially since I cannot audition any audio equipment in this part of the MIddle Earth..err East ;)
