You can send your cartridges for inspection to SoundSmith or someone else, it will cost $30-60 and they will give you all info about condition of the stylus and suspension. Then you can sell with confidence (even with test results).
Benz Micro REF Original wood body cartridge serial number 6935
I got a Benz Micro REF cartridge with a VPI turntable I bought used that had been sitting for 10 years. I had the stylus / cantilever checked by a tech with a microscope and he said "it sure is micro!". Serial number 6935 embossed gold on it. Wood body.
