Benz Ebony/ruby in VPI JMW12.5 arm, fluid damping

I have a Ruby 2 in a JMW 12. I use the damping fluid - about 1/3 to 1/2 full. I find that this fleshes out the soundstage. Note however, that you need to keep the damping fluid warm in the winter months - a lightbulb clipped to your stand under the arm will do the trick.
