B&W Sub and Center for 803D's

I found a B&W center and sub locally, a CDM-CNT center Speaker and ASW 2000 Subwoofer and was wondering if they would match ok with my 803D's. Grant it they are over 10yrs old. Are worth what they are asking for them, $450 for both.
