B&W 805s with a B&W XTC Center?

I am interested in a 3 channel system for my family room (2nd room). The primary purpose is for music, however, we will watch TV and movies in this room as well (I also have a seperate media room). This will be a 3 channel set-up with a sub. I am considering purchasing B&W 805s for my left and right channels and as I have a space limitation for my center, I am considering using the B&W XTC. Will that work?

Pre Amp: Rotel 1069
Amp: Rotel 1075 (5x100)
I am also considering bi amping to give 200 watts to the left and right.
I am interested in your feedback.
