I auditioned the 802D2's and 803D2's extensively while I owned the B&W CM10's. The Focal 1038 Be's were also on the list. I bought the Focals and have been in love ever since. I love the Focal sound and for me they have outstanding tight and full bass along with brilliant clear palpable mids. The beryllium tweeter presents exceptional highs and the entire setup is very cohesive. I find them to out perform the B&W's in almost every way, and I like the Bowers. The Focal Electra line is very under rated.
