B & W 803D & 803D2

Dear Sirs,

There are two 2nd hand speakers in our market.  B & W 803D which selling price is US$6,700 and the 803D2 with selling price US$11,000.  Do you think the price difference is worth the price difference? I have listened to the the 803D2 at the shop for a couple of time, I feel it's high frequency is a bit stress which will bring you listening pressure after longer time listening. The CD, amp. is Burmeister pre &  power, quite expensive one.
