B&W 604 S3 Speakers to Focal Electra 1028BE?

Hey All,
Wondering if it would be a big upgrade to move from my B&W 604 S3 Speakers to Focal Electra 1028BE?

Anyone heard both? I know the 604 are dated but maybe someone followed this route in the past...

Thank You mofojo535! I currently have a Parasound Halo A31 amp but hope to move this to the center and surrounds and use something better for the new mains.
