B&K reference 30 preamp stuck in please wait mode?

My B&K ref 30 wouldnt come out of sleep. Upon turning the preamp off and on again "please wait" appears and never goes away. Left in this mode for 2 hours, no change. B&K have not responded to the issue, still waiting. Has anyone been able to resolve this issue? Thanks.
