B&K 442/4420 line of amps- differences thru years?

Interested in the B&K 442 amps.

Anyone have info on the differences between the model runs? Specifically interested in what separates the early gold-lettered models from the later red and blue-lettered models, and the completely new fascia models of the 4420 series.
