Yes that's a good set of features for a 2016 product but yes there are new products that have indeed added to the foray with DSD 512 and 1024 protocols and inter sample peak recovery functions and 32-bit float
Ayre Net2 and USB upgrades
I have been checking out a few DAC's and one of them is the QX-5 twenty. I have a few questions about the DAC but have not been able to find the answer. Maybe someone knows the answers to some of these questions. The Ayre QX-5 twenty has been out a for awhile when I looked it up it was released in 2016. The Net2 and USB2 upgrades were released in 2022. One of my quetstions is are these latest updates still the latest technology? There has been a bunch of DAC;s released recently and maybe some of these new affordable DAC's has caught up to this DAC. When I read the reviews on this DAC they are always positive. I have also tried to find out if they plan on continuing to upgrade this DAC or release a brand new DAC?
