I don't have any experience with any of your equipment, but I think providing a bit more information on your tube rolling experience. What tubes do you have in your in your preamp? What others have you tried and what differences did you hear?
I have Focal speakers (836v) and know that the Focal tweeters are somewhat polarizing and can be too much for some people. I happen to love them.
I have a Pathos Classic One MkIII and found that 1960s Mullard tubes really improved the sound which was also a warmer sound.
