Avalon Acoustics

my sense is that is avalon has always been a small company of dedicated craftsmen, having chosen years ago to be dependent on the traditional dealer/distributor network to service customers directly

they are absolutely wonderful, top shelf speakers, sonically and aesthetically

as usual, you need to use them in a proper assembled system with well matched ancillary gear

as far as i know they are still operating, and focusing primarily on overseas higher end markets
