Aurender Backup Process

 Can any of you Aurender owners tell me the best way to backup the music stored on my X100L to an external hard drive? Can I just connect the external drive to the back of the X100L, and then move the files from the X100L in one fell swoop via my computer? What is the most expedient way for me to backup the files?

I'm a bit of a troglodyte when it comes to technology, so please take a "Backup for Dummies" approach in explaining how I need to do this.

You can’t backup an Aurender to an external HDD connected to the Aurender.  You can copy from an external HDD on the Aurender to the internal storage.

If you want to backup the X100 files you will need to copy from the Aurender to a computer shared drive, NAS, or an external HDD on your computer that you have shared.
