Yes, reinstalling from scratch and setting up library with the new drives is probably going to least painful with highest chance of success.
There are hidden Audirvana+ files in your mac that are used to index your database. You've got to be sure those are fully deleted and re-created with the new library. It's hard and frustrating. That's why IMHO, trying to simply point the software to a new drive and debugging from there is likely to leave you scratching your head.
Unfortunately, similar experiences led me to abandon use of Audirvana after years of use. Good luck! Also, audiophilestyle may find you many A+ users who may not see your post here. Cheers,
