Audioaccess Pre Amp PX 600 ....any info on using as 2 Channel ONLY

I found an Audioaccess Pre Amp in my storage and I am wondering
if this unit would be better to use then my Carver C 2 Pre Amp.
I am not familiar with this Audioaccess pre amp.
Opinion ?
