Audio Research VT200 MK1 and speaker connections

What taps do you use on the Audio Research VT200 to connect a speaker like the Martin Logan Monolith 1 ?

I have tried both the 4 and 8 ohm taps for my SL3s and ended up using the 8 ohm taps. But I really did not hear that much difference.
